  • How would I know if you provide services in my area?

A. We provide services in High Point, Jamestown, Winston-Salem, and some surrounding areas. Please call to ensure we cover your area.

  • What is the cost of your cleaning / maintenance services?

A. Dawkins' Maintenance provides Professional Janitorial Services. We stand by our cleaning service. One principal which helps our growing client list Is our approach to pricing which is very competative. We believe no two projects are exactly alike and so your cleaning needs are tailored to suit your individual needs and requirements.

  • Can I purchase services for someone else?

A. Yes, most definately.

  • I live a considerly distance out, do you charge for travel to and from your job site?

A. No, we cover all travel expense regardless of the distance if it's in our surrounding area.

  • Are you Insured and Bonded?

A. Yes, we are Insured and Bonded to protect you and I. We would provide you a copy of the certificate upon request.

  • What are your hours of cleaning?

A. We would like to peform all our cleaning after closing hours of our client. We do make exceptions upon request. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm.

  • How are you compensated for your work?

A. We accept checks, cash, or money orders. We require payment to be paid either before the job is completed or immediately after completion when total satisfaction is met.

  • Do someone need to be present for the cleaning?

A. No, our staff is professional trained, and would not require anyone for assistance. We only request a way of entrance. The details will be worked out once agreement has been initiated between us and the client.
